Recycling copper wire from scrap motors is a task with profit potential. Next, use a concrete saw or steel cutter to cut through the metal casing of the motor, then use pliers or a chainsaw to cut through the copper windings one by one and remove them. Mechanical recycling: Fortunately, there are now specialized machines that can recycle copper windings from motors. Our company has developed an all-purpose motor dismantling machine that can handle scrap motors from 3 inches to 10 inches in diameter.

The following is the working principle of the scrap motor dismantling and recycling machine:

a. Place the scrap motor on the cutting platform and use the cutting tool to cut along the radial direction of the motor casing to cut the motor casing into two halves.

b. Take out the cut motor stator, place the stator in the "V" shaped groove of the stator fixing seat on the cutting platform, use the cutting tool to cut along the middle of the stator in the gap of the silicon steel sheet, and cut the stator in half. c. Place the cut stator on the cutting platform, use the cutting tool to cut along the radial direction of the motor shell, and cut the motor shell into two halves.

c. Place the cut stator on the dismantling platform, and clamp the stator with the clamping jaws driven by the driving mechanism to fix it on the dismantling platform.

d. The stator is further disassembled and processed using other tools or equipment, such as shears, to separate copper wires and other recyclable parts.
