SUNY GROP is also an industry pioneer in the processing of used tires. We deal with worn, used tires on the same principle as we deal with the waste produced by manufacturers in the production process - recycling instead of incineration. The recovered secondary raw materials can be directly used to produce new tires or other products

The purpose of tire recycling is to break down its single composition, including rubber, steel wire and textiles. The ANDRITZ MeWa production line uses a multi-step recycling process to bring the raw material to a high purity, so that it can be recycled.

Primary crushing treatment: UC rotary cutter - crushing waste tires to palm size (70-100mm)

Secondary crushing treatment: UG fine crusher - further crushing the primary crushed material to a size of 8-10mm

Fine crushing treatment: USM cutting grinder - fine crushing to less than 4mm

Finely ground to the size of rubber powder

Separation and cleaning after each fine crushing process
