Pre-processing: E-waste first undergoes physical sorting and shredding to remove non-metallic parts and finely break the e-waste into smaller particles.

Acid leaching extraction: soak the crushed e-waste particles in an acidic solution, and dissolve the precious metals to form metal ions through the dissolution of the acid.

Solution processing: Further processing of solutions containing noble metal ions, such as filtration, precipitation and neutralization steps, to remove impurities and purify noble metal ions.

Electrolytic refining: use electrolytic method to reduce noble metal ions to pure noble metal, and deposit on the electrode to form metal flakes or particles with high purity of noble metal.

Crushing equipment: Used to finely crush e-waste into smaller particles, such as crushers and pulverizers.

Acid leaching equipment: including acid leaching tanks and stirring equipment, used to immerse electronic waste particles in acidic solution to dissolve precious metals.

Solution treatment equipment: including filters, sedimentation tanks and neutralization equipment, used to treat solutions containing precious metal ions to remove impurities and purify precious metal ions.

Electrolysis equipment: includes electrolytic cells, electrodes, and power supplies for the reduction of precious metal ions to pure precious metals.
