Lithium iron phosphate batteries are carried out through cascade utilization and recycling. With the use of power batteries, the electrolyte and active materials are gradually consumed, and lithium dendrites are easily formed, and the capacity is gradually reduced. For the power lithium battery pack, when the capacity of some of the cells decays so fast that the capacity of the part of the cells is too low, the battery power will not be able to output stably, which may easily lead to safety problems. Generally speaking, according to the decay of the battery cells, when the capacity of the power battery decays below 80%, it needs to be withdrawn from use and enter the recycling period. When the capacity of lithium iron phosphate battery is reduced to 20% to 80%, it is lightly scrapped, and it can enter the stage of cascade utilization for energy storage, communication base stations and the user side; when it is below 20%, it is severely scrapped and will enter the stage of recycling. In the future, under the trend of directly entering the recycling stage, when the capacity of the lithium iron phosphate battery drops below 80%, the proportion directly entering the recycling stage may continue to increase.
