1 The production line is mainly divided into five parts, namely coarse crushing, medium crushing, fine crushing, sorting and dust collection. 2. The circuit board of this production line is directly put into operation, and no other processing is required in advance;

3 From the whole circuit board to the sorted copper powder finished product (purity of more than 70%), the production is fully automated without intermediate links such as secondary handling;

4. The medium and fine crushing bodies, bearings, and the fine crushing main shaft are equipped with a water circulation cooling structure to prevent potential safety hazards such as spontaneous combustion during the long-term crushing process, and prolong the service life of the equipment;

5. The fully combined structure makes installation, replacement and maintenance easier and safer;

6. Install a pulse dust collection system to ensure no dust leakage during the production process;

7. Install the waste gas purification tower to purify the odorous gas generated during the crushing process and discharge fresh air.
